Who am I

I’m Lindsay, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Transformational Coach.

My work is grounded in psychological science, professional ethics, and a deep respect for the responsibility my clients carry - often quietly.

It sits at the intersection of psychology, identity and the way we experience ourselves.

I specialise in supporting and empowering women who are highly capable, driven and hold themselves to high standards - and who sense that something needs to shift.

Not more effort. Something deeper. More internal.

Over time, I’ve observed a consistent pattern:

Capable women rarely struggle because they lack skill or intelligence.
They struggle because they have learned to hold themselves through pressure - long after it stopped serving them.

Circle was created for that moment.

My work

I do not work with quick fixes, frameworks, or motivational language. Everything I do is deeply personal and bespoke to your needs.

I work with how women build internal authority, regulate pressure, and relate to ambition in a way that feels grounded, not self-depleting.

This is psychologically rigorous, relational work. It blends clarity with care, reflection with challenge, and inner understanding with real-world decision making.

A different way of being does not come from constant thriving.
It comes from trust - in yourself, your timing and your capacity to choose well.

That is the work I hold.
Circle is the space through which I offer it.

Beyond the work

Outside of my professional practice, I live within the same realities many of my clients navigate - responsibility, pace, leadership, expectation.

I am a mother to two young boys.
I work within a complex corporate environment.
I understand ambition that exists alongside full, layered lives.

I know what it is to hold responsibility, and to question how you want to hold it.

These experiences continue to shape how I think about this work - not as something to perform, but something to move through with steadiness, integrity and self-trust.

Circle

Circle exists in response to one question:

What becomes possible when a woman feels internally steady enough to listen to herself?

It is not about fixing.
It is about trusting yourself and choosing from intention rather than pressure.

The shift does not begin with strategy.
It begins with self-trust.

If this resonates, explore working together.
