  • Client records and invoices — up to seven years after the relationship with the Client had ended (for insurance and legal compliance)

  • Coaching notes - retained in anonymised format and stored securely on a password  protected device and are never shared without explicit consent unless legally required

  • Enquiry emails — up to 3 years

  • Testimonials - will only be published with explicit written consent and may be withdrawn at any time upon request

  • Marketing consent records — until consent is withdrawn

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access your personal data

  • request correction of inaccurate data

  • request deletion of your data

  • restrict or object to processing

  • request data portability

  • withdraw consent at any time
